The objectives of the Foundation are:

To educate school age children by using philatelic and postal history as a basis for studies in history, art, geography, sociology and related subjects and without limiting the generality of the foregoing:

1. By preparing and supplying curriculum aids to schools in Canada.
2. By establishing a library of philatelic and postal history information available for use by school age children and the general public.
3. By conducting research activities to achieve the above. .
